24×7 Service Desk
ISC customers with subscribed services and managed service plans can call or contact the Service Desk anytime, day or night for technical support. ISC technical support is provided by individuals that are familiar with your organization and your account with ISC. Expect direct contact or a call back within one hour during normal business hours with the right person who understands your system and can provide help directly. After hours call backs when necessary may take up to 3 hours.
