Benefits for ISC Employees
ISC is a leading Florida firm providing IT staffing and consulting services. Our capabilities cover a wide range of services from technical staff augmentation and direct placement services to full management. When ISC is looking to hire IT Professionals we let consultant choose how they wish to be employed.
Employees who work a minimum of 40 hours per week or more, typically performed but not exclusively limited at 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
Exempt employees are classified as such if their job duties are exempt from the overtime provisions of the Federal and State Wage and Hour Laws. Exempt employees are not eligible for overtime pay. Their salaries are calculated on a weekly basis.
Non-Exempt (1099) employees receive overtime pay in accordance with our overtime policy. Their compensation is calculated on an hourly basis.
Part-time employees are classified as exempt or non-exempt and work a regular schedule of 25 or less hours per week.
A temporary employee is hired for a specified project or time frame and may work an irregular schedule. A temporary employee in a non-exempt position is paid by the hour while a temporary employee in an exempt position is paid according to the terms of hire for that individual.
Temporary employees may not receive any additional compensation or benefits provided by the Company.

Dental Insurance group rates with tier options are offered at affordable rates for employees and their dependents.
