Private Sector Contracting
Term Contracts
ISC offers services to commercial customers through term contracts
and service agreements. A term contract is effective for a number of
years, and is renewable for additional years. Work orders are issued as
addendums to a term contract for specific services according to a
schedule and at pre-negotiated rates.
Service Agreements
A service agreement is used to cover ongoing services, including
Software as a Service subscriptions, and is billed monthly.
